CiviCooP is a cooperative with CiviCRM experts as members. CiviCRM is an open source software system aimed at non-profit organisations. It can be used for relationship management, membership management, events, fundraising, case management and all with possible integration with a website. Open source means no need to pay for licences, no intellectual property and no vendor.

We help organisations that (want to) work with CiviCRM. We are not a supplier of CiviCRM, but like to work as partners with user organisations, where our role is the CiviCRM expert and the user organisation is the process expert.  We think it's important that organisations get and stay in control themselves, and we like to help them do that.

We know from experience that context is important to assess what is needed, and also believe very much in a holistic approach. In our view, a CiviCRM project is never about software alone, but always (and especially) about different aspects (behaviour, organisation, skills and software, for example) that all need attention and can jointly deliver success in balance.
